Index Match with multiple worksheets

Hello, been trying to use an Index Match formula to solve my following problem but I have not been able to get it to work

-Sheets 1 - 5 (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri) have names in A2:A100
-Sheet 6 (Names) has all the possible names that goes into Sheets 1 - 5 (lets just say Bob, Tom and John)
-If a name appears once in Sheets 1 - 5 anywhere in A2:A100 then it should be placed into Sheet 7 (Totals) A4:50
-All names in Sheet 7 (Totals) should only appear once in the column (A4:50)

Example: So if the name Bob appears on Sheet 2 (A8) and Sheet 3 (A2) then it should appear once on Sheet 7 in the column A4:50
