lookup and match with multiple conditions

Hi There,
I am looking for a formula that will lookup an array with multiple match conditions.
the file is attached and I have highlighted the sections involved to try and make it easier to see what i am looking for.

Here is the updated version.
The colours are just to highlight the sections involved in the formula.
The actual sheet will not have them.
Currently I manually look at each days shift.
If there is a shift that start at or before 7.00am, or finishes after 6.00pm. then I look across that row to the shift hours and manually add the hours.
This is the section I would like to be able to calculate automatically.
The weekends are not to be included in the formulas
