Please find attached the excel sheet. I need to find, is there any simpler way to calculate revenue , for every year with constant increase of 10% in Room Rent & Occupancy %.

Have provided the manual working to walk you through an example in the attachment (Its unhided in enclosured file). Please let me know is there any formula.
