Wink Vlookup with Indirect to look at specified tab

    =-IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP($C11,INDIRECT("'"& $E$2 & "'!$c$5:$l$25"), 9, FALSE)),0,-(VLOOKUP($C11,INDIRECT("'"& $E$2 & "'!$c$5:$l$25"), 9, FALSE)))-$E11+$F11

    Afternoon all,

Could someone help me with the formula above please????? What I'm trying to achieve is to do a simple vlookup, C11 is the team members name, in cell E2 is another vlookup that will bring back a tab name based on a date in B2 eg if B2 had 16/03/2015 E2 would return Sheet 10-03-2015 this would match a tab name within the workbook. C5:I25 is the range with the worksheet (Sheet 10-03-2015) that it should look at.

Problem is its not working and I don't understand why, any ideas please share to save me from going crazy.

Re: Vlookup with Indirect to look at specified tab

    Works fine for me.

Can you describe "isn't working" ?
Do you get an error? What Error?
Do you get the wrong result? What result DO you get, what result did you expect and why?

Please ignore me I realised where I'd gone wrong yesterday, I'd deleted a couple of columns so I need to adjust my lookup column from 9 to 7.

    Sorry for being stupid!
