Finding Duplicates via Conditional Formatting

Hello All,

This is my first post as I am usually able to scrape together my learnings and make it work. However, I'm stuck.

I have attached the my grid. I am trying to set conditional formatting formulas to look into the Staffing Grid based on Day of the week and Shift and look at the vehicle grids, again day of the week and shift, and color if chauffeur # is duplicated in vehicle grids and then color in the staffing grid if the chauffeur is not found in the vehicle grids.

I think it should be done thru Index/Match on the Day of the week and Shift (am, pm, pm+) and then look for the chauff # but I just can't seem to figure it out.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please ask question if I didn't make sense.

I think you need to add some dummy data indicatig where the duplictes are that you wish to highlight. I certainly can't follow what you have posted... sorry!!
