I'm using a template for an invoice and it uses a function I don't know to edit... and I would like to edits the entries of the table.

Where can I edit the different entries of CompanySetup ?

Those look like named ranges. In the ribbon, select Formulas, then Name Manager, and you can edit the formulas.
