Formula to match diff column with current data

Hi again All,

I have a formula here done by the expert Mr Siva, but I'm trying to add in another validation to only count the type from column A1 to calculate the average. I have tried inserting an IF statement in the beginning and also in the middle of the formula but it does not count it for me. Hope someone can help on this. Attached is the file.

1) Column D1 should calculate average of Type "3" only from column A
2) Column F1 should calculate average of Type "4" only from column A
3) Column H1 should calculate average of Type "2" only from column A

Yes that works too but if the duration is blank then it does not work it return the error #Value.

Easier how? Your formula is doing the exact same thing as mine, is it not?

I agree, therefore seems to test another array formula. (Shift + Strl + Enter)
