auto convert data from dynamic table to static data

I have a table that pulls data of active projects. Once the projects are finished they disappear. I want to build a historic data log on another sheet to track certain variables. So I need the data of the finished projects to be copied to another sheet automatically before they disappear. Because this involves a lot of projects I am searching for a way to do this automatically.

Any help would be great.
