Percentage of Time vs Percentage of completion

Hi

After some help with the attached file.
Trying to work out a formula for "The task has to be 50% or above completion of at least 75% of the duration or 25% or above completion of at least 50% of the duration".

In column E, I would have "on target / behind schedule"
