Four week rolling average with varying number of entries

Hi guys,
First ever post so apologies if I'm not clear in my description of what I need.
I have some wellness data collected from a sports team in which the players fill out 5-6 times per week.

What I'm trying to extract from it is :
-4 week rolling average for individuals vs team ave (soreness, fatigue etc)
-Compare like for like sessions for individuals and team (Mondays v Mondays, Tue v Tues. Wed v Wed, etc)- in other words observe soreness relative to session.
-Calculate the standard deviations of these average

From this I would then like to integrate it into a pivot chart to see how new entries compare to the averages and see if they lie outside of the respective standard deviation.

Any help with the follow would be greatly appreciate,
