Conditional format a between range using -use a formula to determine which cells to format

Hi,

I want to highlight a cell to let me know if the value is between 75% and 99% using "use a formula to determine which cells to format", so then I can copy the format to various cells without having to manually enter them.

I have attached a spreadsheet as an example. I would like it to show the following -

Green - 100% and above (=a10*100/a6>=100)
Amber - 75% - 99%
Red - Below 75% (100*a10/a6<=75)

I have updated the Conditional formatting in the attached file cell C10. Please see if it suits your requirement.

That's great but is there any where I can include the sum in the conditional format rather than use another cell?

You can just copy the cell formatting on C10 by using "Format Painter" and paste it anywhere else on the sheet.

Apologies, is there any way I can include the formula in C10 into =and(c10>=0.75,c10<1) ?

Yes, you can. If you want to modify the Conditional Formatting, you can do so by clicking on Conditional Formatting -> Manage Rules...

For GREEN: =$C$10>=1
For AMBER: =AND($C$10>=0.75,$C$10<1)
For RED: =$C$10<0.75
