Hi All,

Say A1 A2 and A3 cells are there,

I need this :

the value of A3 (Number) when will be equal to "+/- 1% of value of A2"(number) ...then ...A1( contains a name) will conditionally be formated to red.

Kindly help me

This is for exactly +-1%.

For less or great than 1% use: =<0.01 or =>0.01 in formula

I myself made a mistake in mentioning

this should be like this :
