Dividing a numeric value into specific parts

What I want to achieve is a formula that will divide ANY value given inside the yellow cell D11 into the correct amount of license packages in the cells E4:I4.

For example:

The value 199 in D11 should give the following results in E4:I4:

E4 value = 1
F4 value = 2
G4 value = 1
H4 value = 2
I4 value = 1
