    Help needed to consolidate & track a list of names!

    I have a list of workers who rang on different registers on any given day (Terminal Sign On Tab). I need to use that table to populate a list on another worksheet (OS tab).

    I then need to have the worked list highlight the cells of the registers they have worked that day.

    I can not figure out how to make the second part populate, then get rid of duplicates and then use that info to either highlight or not highlight based on registers worked.

    ANY help would be very appreciated!!

    If you have some freedom to change the arrangement of the sign on sheet: this is easy to set up and (more importantly) maintain.

    Rearrangement is totally fine!

    I forgot to add that I and my team will use this daily, so it needs to be a plug-and-play (we will have different names in a different order in registers every day)

    We will also need an empty box instead of an X because we need to keep track of cash variances per person per drawer in the cell that matches up. (i.e. if Simon had a $0.25 variance on register 8 and a $0.45 variance on register 9, I need to be able to write that in those cells). Does that make sense?

    Pick an orientation - horizontal or vertical ist of registers.

    You can choose whichever you want!!
