=CONCATENATE within an array

I have an array formula that matches based on two sets of data, but now I am wondering if I could use Concatenate or the & feature too string multiple matches together in one string

For Example

the Formula that is in 'Work Summary'!V13:V43 matches the data from the Deductions sheet based on name and date but if there are multiple matches only the first is shown but what I would like to do is string together all results.

So the Name Marius in the deductions sheet has two different deductions one reason is 'Vehicle Deposit & Tow Fee' and the other is 'DPMO Payment' what I am trying to achieve is that within the matches formula to string the two answers together as one so results being 'Vehicle Deposit & Tow Fee, DPMO Payment'
