how to lookup value from different excel file?

i have two excel file (afile and bfile)

afile contain 2 workshet (w1 and w2),
in w1 i have column1 column2 column3
in w2 i have columna columnc

bfile contain 1 workshet contain 3 column (columnA1, columnB1, columnC1)

what i want when i open afile (sheet w1), i want to lookup value in bfile (columnA1) and compare with column1 in workshet w1

how to do it using excel formulas?
