[Return total Product a company has produced in Quarter or Year]

Hi there,

I need help with the following function:
- I have sheet Company A with a "Product" Column and a "completed time" Coloumn
- In sheet1, i need help with a function that can count total number of completed product based on the "Completed Time"; a total of 5 column: Quarter1 of 2015, Quarter 2 of 2015, 2014, 2013, and 2012.

This does what you wanted, but the formulas could be easier if you can change the way your data are laid out...

This is a slightly different approach. Also uses small lookup table.
