Index-Match which does not require alphabetical sort of names

I have a workbook which pays those who bet on the first, second or third winning team at golf. However, it requires that all names be sorted alphabetically to work properly, which does not allow me to easily insert a new player in the "eleventh hour." Is there a change to my formulae which would permit that? Payout B9 is such a formula.
Thanks. I think I have attached the workbook.

Change your MATCH formula to look for an exact match:

This is also not an array formula, so no need to enter with CSE.
