How to combine two contact lists (with some dup names) and merge differences between them

I have two contact lists that I need to combine and there are several duplicate contacts between the two lists. My challenge is that list #1 includes phone numbers, no email...and the 2nd list has emails but no phone numbers.
Can I somehow merge the lists and combine contacts that are dups, but that can include the phone #'s from list 1 and the emails from list 2?

For reasons unbeknownst to me, the uploads would not work. I was able to browse and select the file, but when selecting "upload" the window would "spin" and then freeze. Uploading a jpeg file resulted the same.

Cut/Paste was my only alternative. Sorry.
