Function that pulls a random value from a set of data without repeating?

Is there a function that will draw a random value from my list of employee numbers without repeating that value within a column?


[SIZE=1]I'm trying to work out a fair shift schedule for my place of business. I have a list of 30 employees, assigned numbers 1-30, listed vertically on one sheet. (Full time employees are in one column and part time are in another, but that doesn't really matter here.) My schedule / calendar is on another sheet.

Scheduling shifts for a single day means putting an employee's assigned number in a box for a shift on that day, in a vertical column. I have it set to randomize on command (F9), but it often repeats employee numbers, causing the same employee to be scheduled for multiple shifts on the same day.

I've attached a sample of the sheet so you can see what I'm talking about. Thanks for your help!
