Need data to show by selecting a category in a drop down list

So i am creating a purchase order template for my company. It requires departments, categories and size scales. I am able to make the drop down list for departments and categories (catg. tied to departments, so that it shows only categ of selected dept).

But the size scales, I want to show them in a row, but not all of them. Only by the size scale that I pick in a drop down. For example:

    SCALE TYPE
    MENS SHIRTS S M L XL 2XL 3XL 4XL
    KIDS SHIRTS 2T 3T 4T 4 5 6 7
    CAPS OSFA

So the scale will be picked in a drop down list, and then the row of that scale should show ahead of it...

I know I need to use indirect func, but I cant exactly make it work. Any help would be great!! thanks in advance
