I am unable to understand how do you want to have the dependent drop down list. As the file you have attached is very confusing. Request you to please upload the exact output you are expecting to come out.

Sheet!Data comprises list of revised data.
Sheet!Actual - Col A (I had created the dropdown list)
Sheet!Actual - Col B (I need help to create a droplist of Name of children that are dependent on the selected parent).
