Create three person groupings with no duplicates

I have a work department with 27 total employees, 9 in three different regions. My goal is to group employees from one region with each of the other employees from the other two regions, over the next 9 months creating as few duplicates as possible. I believe I will need to have groups of three each month. For example, #1 San Diego employee, #1 Charlotte employee and #1 remote employee, then the next month #1 SD, #2 CLT, #2 Remote. With the goals to create unique three employee groupings for the next 9 months with each employee from one region, being paired with each employee from the other two regions. Hopefully this makes sense. Any ideas?

I did more than the 9 months. I got carried away. Did all combinations.

There are two lookup tables. One in column G the other in columns H:Y.

The combinations are in columns AC:AE. They are in sort order because that's how the formulas did it. Sorry about that.

    Column AC

    TeamLookup is in G4:G12.

    Column AD

    MasterLookup is in H4:Y12.

    Column AE

The file is attached. Edit Ignore the column of dates. I intended to use them in a grouping strategy; got tired and forgot it.

Please disregard my previous post. I got lost in the brush piles of my mind.......trying something else.

Edit Try this instead. There is a named lookup table in columns AU:CB.

This formula in E3 filled down and across to AM11; schedules 9 months.

I didn't do a painstaking check but I didn't manage to find any duplicate teams.

    The file is attached.
