How to work an average/productive time

We do a time measurement of staff. They have to be productive for 3:00 per day. We have a report that gives the month average. What I would like to be able to show is how productive they need to be for the remainder of the month each day to hit target. I am not sure how I would work this out

    example -

Person 1 - after day 16 they are 2:48 productive
they have 5 days left in the month.

What productive time do they need to achieve each day to get to 3:00

    Thank you in advance
