Data Matching

I have two worksheets I've been manually editing but would like to make the data transfer between them.

Basically it's pricing updates from my vendors.

I want to match product numbers, and their prices.

So if on Worksheet 1, Column D has the Product numbers.
and on Worksheet 2, Column B has the Product numbers.
How do I match them, then take the corresponding row Worksheet 2, Column J. (Pricing Column)
then divide that by a manually entered pack size.
Then put that in Worksheet 1, Column G.

I have been fiddling with this problem for awhile but manual entry tends to take way to long.

I think Vlookup might be the solution, for example if the Sheet 2 data was in the range B2:J10:

Not sure where you are planning to enter the Pack Size but here it's a named range.
