as you can see there are some values in the cell A which are duplicated, what I want is to remove duplicated values and put those unique values either in cell B or in cell A, but I also want after removing duplicate cell should remain blank..

Confused.....cells B7 & B10 are duplicated values.
Do you mean something else when you say "remove duplicated values"?
I thought I saw a pattern 'till I saw "fnal cuttings" only once in column B.

This is not possible through formula, you have to take help of VBA.

Excel restricts us to a character limit. How this impacts the COUNTIF function I cannot say.
While I cannot name that limit cell A1 has 889 characters.
This seems excessively long and I suspect that is the source of this problem. Unfortunately I do not know how to work around this.....perhaps a VBA solution or some other alternative will be offered.
