If error index match formula help

Hi

I need some help with a formula, I have got so far with it which is ok but it could work better for me.

So far it works as far as selecting a part id in cell o11 then return qty of parts req for specific body types to column o. The problem I have is that some of the parts are colour coded so what I am looking for is to also select the colour code (if required for that part) in cell o9 and bring back qty's if matches colour and part id if that makes sense
