    Multiple IF formulas

    Hello,

    I need a cell to have a different formula if another in its row shows a certain value.

    i,e if A1 is 10 and A2 is 20, A3 must be A2-10 = 10, but this changes as the value in Column 1 changes -> if B1 is 20 and B2 is 50, B3 must be B2-20 = 30 ect.

    I need three different possible formulas.

    Have been a bit stuck on this and it would save me so much time in work.

    If anyone can help, if its even possible, it would be massively appreciated!

    Thanks,

    so isnt that just
    A2-A1
    and copy that across
    I'm clearly not understanding the requirement?

    Re: Multiple IF formulas

    Hi, thanks for the reply, i'll upload the file in a second.

    =IF(A9=2,SUM(B9-2),SUM(B9-3)) that's the equation I've got working so far, i just need a third possibility, value_if_true/false only allows two options?

    I assume this is quite easy in reality!
