Fix a list of cells that begin with = but aren't a formula

Hello. I have a data dump from a database in which the contents of a selection of cells are "=- Dinosaur" or "=- Car" etc. (no actual quotation marks)

As expected, Excel gives me a #NAME? error because these cells are not a formula. However, I'd like to be able to show the contents of the cell...ie "-Dinosaur".

Of course I can go through and insert a single quote at the beginning of each cell, but is there a way to do this quickly with a couple hundred cells? They each have different text in them, so a ctrl-Enter won't work either.
