    A lot of formulae...

The first thing that caught my eye was EQT row 48, and the #N/A errors.

    F48 says: =IF(ST=0,0,(VLOOKUP(ST,UseTax,2,FALSE)*(RawMatl-Exempt)/1.08))

If the state is zero, enter 0, otherwis look up the state against a table (UseTax) and return the value correspnding to the state from column 2 blah blah blah.

one problem. The Table UseTax doesn't exist!!. The Named Range is there (CTRL F3), it refers to a sheet called Codes.... but there's no sheet called codes, so the lookup breaks down. Find it and your problem might not be solved, but at least you won't be looking at error messages and will (maybe) be able to figure out where to go next.

Ok. Thank you so much. I will see if I can figure something out. I really appreciate it.

In the meantime....I opened the file and like always, it asked me to enable macros. I did, no problems. Then it was so weird...I closed the file and when I reopened it, I no longer get promoted to enable macros and they will not run. I checked the macro settings....It's set to disable with notification. I closed everything out....reopened...still the same thing. Any idea why this would happen or how to fix it?

I didn't add/alter any macros. They were there on what you sent me. Normally when you enable macros on a file (I recall) it normally doesn't ask you again. They just run....

Not sure if that helps - but if you just take the text from my ealier post and work off your own sheet (not the one you posted on the www) you should be OK.

Oh...I didn't think you altered anything....I was working on the file from my computer, not the one I uploaded. I'm not sure why it's doing it. Not going to worry about it. Trying to fix what you told me...unsuccessfully! Let me ask you this....what if I can't find the sheet "codes." Then what would I do?

In the developer tab, in the drop down list there is a sheet that says codes.....would that be it? How do I access it?

Can you look at it now? I found the sheets. Have no clue what to do next?

Yep. That's it. Stlill there, but just "very hidden".

ALT 11 to enter VB Editor
    Click on CODES
    hit F4
go to bottom of properties box
    reset to visible
    Voila....

No. We do this for fun... There is a Commrcial Servics forum where you can (in return for real money) get the undivided atention of the real experts (I'm nnot in that select band..).

For me - just hit the Add Reputation button when I've sorted you out - or gone as far as I can... (which I suspect may be right now!! - We'll see).
