Fill empty cells..

This is my sheet

And i want to do this

I want to copy values from top to green parts. But it has to stop at empty cells(which is yellow parts).
Is there any function for that. I have got nearly 8000 items so i can't doing it manual.

select your column C
Ctrl+G
Special
Empty
in formula stripe write

if U want to get rid of formulas, select column C again, copy it and paste special as values.
