Match 2 skus lists and delete unmatched

Hi there .. I need some help guys

I am working on a excel sheet in which i have products data with skus & i have another same matching file with same skus but some of them aren't valid anymore.

So what i am trying to do is .. match both column skus and delete unmatched skus ..
