Index & Match formula

I have Index and Match formula in cell B13 but seems like it is not working correctly.
Please have a look and help me correct the formula.

You need to add the match type to your formula:

=INDEX($A$5:$A$9,MATCH($A$13,$B$5:$B$9,0))

for an exact match.
