Can you assist me in creating a formula for our gratuity.
The rule are:
In 1<=year<3 -Basic Salary x 7 days x No. of years of service ] / 30
In 3<=year<5 -Basic Salary x 14 days x No. of years of service ] / 30
In year>=5- Basic Salary x 21 days x No. of years of service ] / 30
if more than 5 years-remaining years on 30 days calculation basis on basic pay
Name Service in Yrs Basic
Adam 1 1000
Clint 3 1000
Mike 5 1000
Peter 6 1000

Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
