Payroll Calculator

I'm trying to make a payroll calculator where any hours over 40 gets double time if they are full time and time and a half if they are part time. Double time being 2 and time and a half 1.5. I can't seem to figure out a correct formula to calculate only the hours over 40 as double or time and a half to get their hourly salary. I'm sure it's a simple solution and I'm just over complicating it. If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it, Thanks!
