How to untick several locations in tables?

I have this workbook with employees.

People get fired, or leave etc. I need them to still be visible in people for the full year - so that even though they aren't there anymore, my yearbook still has their data.

But how can I make them dissapear in all the weeks after they left?

You could add a Current column to the People sheet with Y for current & N for no longer working & use a formula like

in column A of the month sheets. It'll leave spaces where the names are missing
That's one idea, I'm sure there'll be plenty of others
