Conditionnal Formating

Hello all,

Once again, I kindly ask for your help regarding Conditionnal Formatting this time:

I would like my file setup with 2 rules so that:

If user chooses NO on column B, then columns C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K, and L become GRAY (not usable).

Same if User chooses NO on column G, then colums H,I,J,K and L become GRAY (not usable).

I've attached a sample of my file...Thanks to all of you for your help and for this great forum.
