Formula for rate adoption for stock value

I am attaching two sample files:
Sample1 - one sheet contains monthwise sales rates for the products
Sample2 - one sheet contains the monthwise stock quantity.
What I have to do is - Value each month's stock at the sale rate of the product for the respective month. If sale rate is not available for the month, I have to adopt the last available sale rate for the product. The first part of the problem I am able to solve, but constructing a formula for the second part, that is adopting the last available sale rate for the product, I am unable to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you enter this as an array formula into cell H7:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

Array formulas need to be entered with holding down the Ctrl+Shift keys when pressing the Enter key

It can then be dragged and or copied/pasted.

I have tried it on my home computer and my work computer and it works on both. I'm not sure why you're having an issue.

That formula is to go into cell H7 of the other sheet (Sample2).
