in the attached file there is formula in column A & voucher number in column B & amount in column C
that formula perform result that is formula do sum for voucher no. 411 & result is 157 & do sum for
voucher no. 412 & result is 71 & so on like that, but i can not understant that formula so anybody can
explain that formula so i learn that.

It's just a way of only presenting the sum for the account for the first occurrence of the account.

The first part,generates a counter for each Account. So, comparing that counter to 1 means the second part, the TRUE part, will only be evaluated if the counter is equal to 1. If it is greater than 1, it will just evaluate to a null string ("")Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
