index match formula won't fill across columns or adjust if column is deleted

Here is an attachment that shows how I am trying to solve for NPV using Index & Match. I am not sure how to get it to adjust if I delete a column (K for example). It would also be a bonus if I added data in column L it would also adjust. Thanks!

    What about this:

$L$1 / $L$2 is outside your range - so as long as you are adding and deleting inside your range - they should adjust.
In the NPV formula - I assume the K2 reference is because it s the last column - so Index(B1:L2,2,counta(b1:L1) should point to K2
