I need to come up with a formula that will reflect the top 5 rows based on the highest RBA (column L).
Tab Dashboard:
Existing properties only - Top 5 based on RBA:
if column D says "Existing" then find the top 5 rows based on RBA and filter over to Dashboard
UC or UR - Top 5 based on RBA
if column D says "UC or UR" then find the top 5 rows based on RBA and filter over to Dashboard

Not pretty, but it should work for your purpose. As long as you have the names, you can use vlookup to extract the rest of the values.
For Existing Properties enter the formula in a cell that is not merged with Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys together
For UC or URenter the formula in a cell that is not merged with Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys together
