Hello, sorry if I didn't post this correctly.
Would someone help me identify this symbol? It's an up and right turn arrow which comes up when I'm pasting from a web page of my accounting software (Cloud version).
I think it might be an alignment coding but I can't find the equivalent on Excel to effectively remove it. Excel does not recognise this as a number unless it's been removed.
The only way I can remove it so far is to go into each cell manually and press delete 3x times, which is a pain with large amount of data.
I have tried find and replace ^t and using TRIM CLEAN and Substitute with CHAR 9 10 13 160
I have also tried to paste onto Word first and then find and replace with all the available character available under the options. ^t ^d ^p etc.
I have tried text to column function as well.
I'm not sure what else to try. I'm hoping someone have seen this before and know what it is!
I have attached a sample of the excel sheet and a screenshot as well.
Thank you!
