Stop sheets from updating

I have a workbook that gathers data from several other workbooks in a sharepoint-network.

When I open mine and update it, it grabs all the info - but I then send my workbook on to accounting, and when they open it, it updates again - how do I stop it from updating after I've done it? How can I cancel all the formulas?

So there's no other option then copy/pasting it to another sheet?

You don't have to paste it to another sheet.

1) Select all (Ctrl + A)
2) Copy (Ctrl + C)
3) Paste Special / Values back into the same sheet.
