What formula did you use?

=result-100% and format as percentage with 1 decimal.

(New figure - old figure)/old figure * 100

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
Don't multiply by 100.
Assuming A1 = £102,000 and B1 = £120,000 try this in C1,
