Populate a Column from a User Input Area

Hello, I'm looking for a simple formula that I can copy down a range (column H in the attached workbook "Populate Data Column") and it will populate with either a corresponding date (if there is a "Y" in column G within each invoice data array) or a blank.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Regards,
