Question Conditional formatting to flag dates

    Hi
I have a spreadsheet in which I would like to flag dates that are fourteen days in the future or less and will stay flagged until a new date (more than fourteen days in the future) is added.

Or (having read the above) putting it simply, I have a list of properties that require fire safety certificates. I need to colour the cells that contain the expiry date so that they colour up fourteen days prior to the expiry date and stay that way until the new future expiry date is added.

Re: Conditional formatting to flag dates

    Hi Mortvicar,

I assume you know how to set up the Conditional Format, the formula is =R2<TODAY()+14

Are you still using Excel 2003?

I hope this helps, please let me know!

    Regards,

    David
