Need formula

Hi,

I need the following result in the attached excel. Pls help.

Need to pull the numbers start with 4400 in B3 from C3
If C4 is blank or any other character apart from 4400 series, then B4 is filled with B3

Put this in B3 and drag down

=IF(LEFT(C3,4)="4400",C3,B2)
