Picking up volumes from a table and creating lines

Hi, I have a following problem which is giving me quite a bit of manual work. So I receive often a table which is showing me amount of specimins each month in specific countries during the year. From that table I need to create another table in which the format is three columns: 1st country, 2nd specimen and 3rd month. Please see attached picture example.

Is there anyway to tackle this so that I would have a formula which looks into the table on specific month / specimen and creates as many lines with the required information as stated in the column or does this require some sort of makro? Now it is all manual looking in to the table each month and copying the equivalent amount of lines to the another table. Thanks for help and comments already.

    Example 1 - Copy.xlsx

Thanks azumi your formula looks awesome for a beginner like me but this one does not do the trick.

As there is all together 430 specimins hence I would need formulas which create 430 lines from the table with the required information to three columns. So example the first model which has specimins GT203 would then create all together 35 lines: 2 x 201601, 0 x 201602, 1 x 201603, 2 x 201604... and so on.

Thanks mate! That is exactly what I was meaning. I have one more additional question for you. What is that first bracket in the formulas? Currently when I go in to the cell the bracket disappears and then the formula does not work anymore. Just want to grow my understanding of how all these work. see the picAttachment 400364

The bracket is sign for array formula, do not type it manually, they show if you press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER button all together, if success The brackets will show up

    Just see this
