Have been working on this monstrosity for a while with numerous changes. We want to track contractors that come on board to us in the organization and track how much we spend on them. We have multiple variables and the formulas got tacked on to track employees who were planned within the budget (green) and who were unplanned (red). Now the next wrench that was tossed to me was that some contractors get on board with us and we budget them towards that certain reason. Sometimes those contractors leave before the end of term and we want to track when even though the month was budgeted it was unfilled. So I guess what I am looking for is to have an addition to my formula Column N & O that will piggy back off of Column L & M and if two of them dont match then the timeline will show up as unfilled for the months that the contractor is not there. I showed examples in rows 19 and 3. If anyone can help I will be forever in your debt.
