Confirm if last entry in a row is specific data

Hi all,

I am trying to use a formula to confirm if the last entry in a row a specific bit of data.

So for each row I need to Know if the last entry in it (Furthest right) begins with a 1, if it does I would like the formula to return Yes, if it does not begin with a 1 I would like it to return no?

Is this possible?
